Data recording on this website
The data on this website is processed by the website operator. The operator's contact details are listed under "Information about the responsible party" below.
AICostLabs can be used without creating an account. The calculators run in your browser. Calculator inputs, assumptions, and intermediate results are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to AICostLabs servers for calculation.
Other data may be recorded automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, requested files, referrer, date and time of access, and server response status. This information is recorded automatically when you access this website.
What do we use your data for?
Technical data is processed to provide the website securely, reliably, and without errors. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide to handle your inquiry. We do not use calculator inputs to create user profiles, and we do not process calculator inputs on a backend service.
Your rights
You have the right to receive information about the source, recipients, and purposes of your stored personal data at any time and free of charge. You may also have the right to request rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain processing activities. If processing is based on your consent, you may revoke that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Analytics and third-party tools
AICostLabs does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google AdSense, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, profiling tools, or analytics cookies. We also do not use Cookiebot or another cookie consent platform because the current website does not set non-essential cookies.

Data protection
The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet, including email communication, may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Information about the responsible party
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Warratz & Wiedeking GbR
c/o IP-Management #9321
Ludwig-Erhard-Strasse 18
20459 Hamburg
Germany
Represented by:
Liam Brix Wiedeking
Artis Norwin Warratz
Email: office@wendlandwebdesign.de
The controller is the natural person or legal entity that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Storage duration
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this Privacy Policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke consent to processing, your data will be deleted unless legally permissible reasons require continued storage, such as statutory retention periods. In that case, deletion takes place after those reasons cease to apply.
Legal bases for processing
If you have consented to processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If your data is required for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If processing is required to fulfill a legal obligation, it is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Processing may also be based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The relevant legal basis is described in the individual sections of this Privacy Policy where applicable.
Recipients of personal data
In the course of our business activities, we may work with external parties. Personal data is disclosed only where this is required to fulfill a contract, where we are legally obligated to do so, where we have a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or where another legal basis permits disclosure. When using data processors, we disclose personal data only on the basis of a valid data processing agreement.
Revocation of consent
Many processing operations are possible only with your express consent. You may revoke consent that you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
If data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you object, we will no longer process the affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or unless processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If your personal data is processed for direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for such advertising. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for direct advertising purposes.
Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of GDPR violations, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract in a commonly used, machine-readable format, or to have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible.
Information, rectification, and deletion
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of processing at any time. You may also have a right to have this data corrected or deleted.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data while we verify the accuracy.
- If processing is unlawful and you request restriction instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need the data but you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- If you have objected under Art. 21(1) GDPR while the balancing of interests is pending.
Where processing has been restricted, such data may, apart from storage, be processed only with your consent, for legal claims, to protect the rights of another person, or for important public interest reasons.
SSL and TLS encryption
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" address and the lock icon in your browser. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. Recording of data on this website
Cookies
The current AICostLabs website does not set cookies for calculator usage. The calculators work in your browser without an account and without storing calculator inputs in cookies.
If future website functions require cookies or similar technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and, if legally required, request consent before such technologies are used.
Browser-side calculator processing
When you use our AI finance calculators, the values you enter are processed locally in your browser to generate estimates. These inputs are not transmitted to AICostLabs servers for calculation, and we do not store your calculator inputs, generated scenarios, or results on our servers.
Some calculators can add the current calculator inputs to the page URL so that you can copy or share the exact calculation. If you open or share such a link, the values contained in the URL may be processed as part of normal technical request data, for example in browser history, referrer information, server access logs, or hosting infrastructure logs. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into the calculators.
Server logs and technical request data
When you visit this website, the hosting infrastructure may automatically collect technical request data such as your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, requested URL, referrer URL, access time, response status, and transferred data volume. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Requests by email
If you contact us by email, your request and any resulting personal data, such as your name, email address, and message content, will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent unless there is a legal basis for doing so.
This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, it is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR if consent has been requested.
5. Analysis, advertising, and third-party tracking
AICostLabs does not currently use analytics tools, advertising networks, retargeting, tracking pixels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google AdSense, or Cookiebot. No user profiles are created for advertising or analytics purposes.
6. Fonts and embedded resources
This website uses locally provided styling and assets. No connection to Google Fonts servers is established for font delivery by the current application.
